The Milford Performance Center Event Underwriter opportunities for the 2016/17 Season offer an exciting way of associating your business with a successful regional performing arts center, and supporting the arts in your community. We look forward to meeting with you to discuss these opportunities.

Please call about underwriting a specific show. The following information is based on becoming a general underwriter.

  • As Title Series underwriter (Rock, Country, Folk, Blues, Jazz, Theater, Comedy, Oldies) your name is associated with high end performers.
  • A series with your brand identity associated for the entire season (i.e. The Tri City Rock Series).
  • One full page 4-color premium ad space in season Program Book which will be distributed at each of up to 25 events during the 2016/2017 season & business and corporate placement …20 – 25,000 books.
  • Company logo featured prominently in our lobby on the Sponsor Display.
  • One full page ad on the Playbill insert associated with event.
  • Company logo featured prominently in 4-color Brochures mailed to more than 25,000 households 3x annually.
  • Company logo and name printed on all marketing materials associated with Event including Event Webpage, Email Blasts & Fine Art Poster Displays.
  • Company name and logo on all Press Releases and Publicity for the Event including website, publications and printed media.
  • Company logo and name featured on all media associated with Event including, if applicable, radio and cable advertising.
  • Company Ad & logo featured on Video Screens in the lobby Concession.
  • Autographed Concert Poster(s) for each Event.
  • A “meet and greet” for 2 with one artist associated with the series (subject to artist approval).
  • Two (2) tickets for each show in the series.
  • Two (2) Priority Parking Passes for each Event.
  • One full page ad on the Playbill insert associated with event.
  • “Underwritten By” acknowledgement given to the underwriter in the season brochure mailed to more than 25,000 households each season.
  • Company logo and name printed on all marketing materials associated with Event including Event Webpage, Email Blasts & Fine Art Poster Displays.
  • Company name and logo on all Press Releases and Publicity for the Event including publications and printed media.
  • Company logo and name featured on all media associated with Event including, if applicable, radio and cable advertising.
  • Company logo featured prominently in our lobby on the Sponsor Display.
  • Company Ad & logo featured on Video Screens in the lobby Concession.
  • Autographed Concert Poster(s) for each Event.
  • A “meet and greet” with artist (subject to artist approval). Any additional event associated with the meet and greet is at the underwriter’s discretion and will be paid by the underwriter.
  • Four seats to the event.
  • 1 Priority Parking pass for the event.
  • One full page ad on the Playbill Insert associated with this event.
  • Partial underwritten acknowledgement given to the underwriter in the season brochure mailed to more than 25,000 households each season.
  • Company logo and name printed on all marketing materials associated with Event including Event Webpage, Email Blasts & Fine Art Poster Displays.
  • Company logo featured prominently in our lobby on the Sponsor Display.
  • Company name and logo on all Press Releases and Publicity for the Event including publications and printed media.
  • Company logo and name featured on all media associated with this event including, if applicable, all print, radio, and cable advertising.
  • Autographed Concert Poster(s) for each Event.
  • A “meet and greet” with artist (subject to artist approval). Any additional event associated with the meet and greet is at the underwriter’s discretion and will be paid by the underwriter.
  • Two seats to the event.
